The Programming Models Team plays an integral part in the Center for Exascale Simulation of Combustion in Turbulence (ExaCT) Project.
Their role is to provide the programming models research component of the project. They have been supportive of the Legion Programming System work that has led to the implementation of a combustion applications based on Legion. The team has also made forays into other combustion-related applications based on Legion.
