Opportunities for New Mexico High School Seniors to Explore Careers in STEM, Business, and More
- High School juniors are interns at LANL who work the summer before their senior year. You will want to apply during the spring semester of your junior year.
- High School seniors can work during their senior year.
- If you are interested in an internship the summer after you graduate, you will want to apply for an Undergraduate (UGS) internship.
- Interns are part-time during the school year, typically 10-20 hours a week
- Interns can be full-time during the summer, up to 40 hours a week
- Summer internships are typically 10 weeks

Eligibility Requirements:
- Senior status at the time of internships
- 16 years of age
- 2.75 GPA
- Attend a NM High School
- Pass a new employment drug test
