From Albuquerque International Airport: From the airport terminal, take the Sunport Blvd. west to the I-25 North exit to Santa Fe, or take the Airport Exit to Yale, follow on Yale (get on left lane) a short distance. Turn left at the lights onto Gibson, get on right lane. Take the exit to I-25 North to Santa Fe. You will follow I-25 North for approximately 55 miles (88 km). Take the St. Francis Drive Exit 282 off I-25 North. You will remain on St. Francis Drive through Santa Fe for approximately 10 miles (16 km). As you exit Santa Fe, you will be on US 84/285 north to Pojoaque (follow for approximately 20 miles or 32 km). At Pojoaque, turn left onto NM 502 (follow signs); remain on NM 502 for approximately 5 miles (8 km), and take the exit to Los Alamos for approximately 5 miles (8 km) into the Los Alamos townsite. This route takes approximately 1.5-2 hours of driving time.

Scenic Route from Albuquerque International Airport: Take I-25 north to Bernalillo. Turn northwest on NM 44 and follow until San Ysidro. At San Ysidro, take NM 4 and follow it until Los Alamos. This route takes approximately 2-2.5 hours of driving time.
