Accepted presentation and poster participants have been notified (8/28/2000). The conference will have a slide projector and overhead projector available for each presentation. If you need different equipment, you must bring your own or contact us and we will see if we can accomodate you.Email questions to baer2000@pnl.gov
Poster presenters have an area of 4' by 6' for each poster. Posters can be attached to the poster boards by velcro or pushpins. Let us know which you will need.
(Registration Form)Registration includes continental breakfasts, break-time snacks, lunches (Monday through Thursday), and entertainment night.
Registration fee is $300. You may register at the conference but please send in a registration form informing us that you are coming. You may pay at the conference.Registration for a full-time student is $100. Registration for a "Significant Other" is $75 (includes lunches and entertainment night).Hotel Registration

Register by October 19, 2000, to obtain special conference rate of $120/night (this is $104/night plus tax to meet the government rates). (Prevailing rates after October 19, 2000). Mention you are registering for the BAER 2000 Conference. Parking rates at the hotel are $18/day per vehicle ($20 valet parking). You can get bus service (Greyline $8.50 one way) from SETAC. The hotel has a town car service from the hotel within a 6 mile radius free of charge to patrons.
