  • PFE Modification Engineering Group

    The Modification Engineering Group Modification provides collaborative, innovative design solutions that support the safe, reliable operation of the Lab’s primary plutonium facility. We deliver timely facility modifications for safety and non-safety systems while maintaining configuration management and enabling mission success. Be prepared for a fast-pace, technically challenging environment while working alongside detail-oriented colleagues who dig deep for their project execution.

  • PFE System Engineering

    The System Engineering Group manages 45+ critical safety systems at PF-4. We ensure operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and provide innovative technical solutions to support the Laboratory's nuclear facility mission while maintaining the highest safety standards. Find yourself working alongside experts in wide ranging fields, from leaders in the craft workforce to scientists dedicated to nuclear deterrence. Everyday you’ll tackle challenges utilizing world-class manufacturing capabilities to address the national security need.

  • PFE Chemistry and Waste System Engineering

    The Chemistry and Waste Facilities Systems Engineering group provides DOE-qualified Cognizant System Engineering support for six nuclear facilities, ensuring system reliability, operational readiness, and safe facility operations through engineering oversight, maintenance support, assessments, and technical expertise. Find yourself solving new challenges every day, utilizing a wide range of engineering resources and tools to support the varied expertise at the Lab.
