Meet Giacomo Capodaglio

Giacomo

Giacomo Capodaglio is a Scientist II at Los Alamos National Laboratory working on numerical methods and simulation of computational physics problems. He has a Ms in Energy Engineering from the University of Bologna in Italy and a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Texas Tech University.

Prior to joining LANL, he was a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Scientific Computing at Florida State University working with Max Gunzburger on interface and domain decomposition problems for nonlocal models, and stochastic finite element methods applied to uncertainty quantification and probability density estimation.
