Improving the quality of life in the state

Laboratory employees contribute to the annual Employee Giving Campaign to support a wide range of programs offered by eligible nonprofit organizations.

The legacy of generosity that began in 1954 with the first Laboratory pledge drive continues today. In the 2024 Employee Giving Campaign, employees pledged over $2.6 million dollars in payroll deductions to nonprofits in New Mexico and elsewhere in the U.S.

In addition, Triad National Security, the company that manages and operates the Laboratory, has committed to a partial match of donations to charitable nonprofits in the seven surrounding counties and in Eddy County (where the Laboratory also has a presence).

Employees can choose to donate to:

• The U.S.-based nonprofits of their choice
• United Way of Northern New Mexico
• United Way of Santa Fe County
