Improving the quality of life in the state

Laboratory employees contribute to the annual Employee Giving Campaign to support a wide range of programs offered by eligible nonprofit organizations.

The legacy of generosity that began in 1954 with the first Laboratory pledge drive continues today. In the 2021 Employee Giving Campaign, employees pledged over $2.7 million dollars in payroll deductions to nonprofits in New Mexico and elsewhere in the U.S.

$2M of this year’s contributions will stay in New Mexico and benefit organizations that improve the quality of life in the state.

In addition, Triad National Security, the company that manages and operates the Laboratory, has committed to matching 50 cents per dollar donated to charitable nonprofits in the seven surrounding counties and in Eddy County (where the Laboratory also has a presence).
