2. Engage

Once an innovation or capability has been identified, engage with us to outline the value proposition and business intent as the basis of the partnership.

3. Negotiate

We work with you to negotiate the business terms or statement of work for the related agreement. A draft agreement, tailored to meet both party’s needs, will be created to facilitate technical engagement, product development and commercial application.

4. Execute

Upon mutual agreements to the terms of agreement, both parties will sign and execute the agreement. The partner will make a payment to fund the activity.

5. Manage

The Lab and the partner will manage their performance milestones  and deliverables outlined in the agreement to achieve the desired business and commercial objectives.
