The Acquisition Services Management (ASM) division of LANL provides procurement services in support of LANL’s mission to solve national security challenges through simultaneous excellence.  The ASM division is made up of seven focus groups - Capital Projects; Mission Operations; Science, Technology & Engineering; Weapons, Operations, Center of Excellence and Supplier Management.

• Fully understand how their products and services can directly benefit the Laboratory and the solutions we offer
• Share our commitment to performance excellence in terms of cost, quality and delivery
• Financially healthy and are continuously focused on improving affordability and efficiency
• Will share knowledge on how we can all better manage our businesses and deliver best value solutions for our suppliers, the Laboratory, and the country
• Conduct operations in a professional and respectful manner and share our commitment to ethical business practices
• Meet specific commercial, quality and safety performance requirements
• Comply with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and New Mexico quality standards and security clearances
• Activate a supplier account with SAP Ariba and maintain an accurate supplier profile
