Plutonium Futures —The Science 2003



Information for Poster Authors
 
Session Date and Location: Wednesday Afternoon, July 9, 1:30 - 5:00 p.m., Albuquerque Marriott
 
Poster Dimensions: Each panel is 69" wide and 36" high (approximately 6 feet wide by 3 feet high), divided into three 23"-wide sections, with a separate 46" x 16" Title area (see Figure 1). Plan to leave room in upper right hand corner of the title area for a 6" x 4" poster number. The poster panels are configured as shown in Figure 2. You will be assigned either a "left hand" poster panel or a "right hand" poster panel.

Poster set up times: Monday, July 7, 3:00 - 9:00 p.m.

Please bring your poster to the Pecos/Sandia rooms, and you will be directed to your assigned poster location. Thumbtacks or Velcro will be provided. Conference staff will be available during posted set up times, and during the poster session, to help you with your poster set up and provide any other assistance necessary.

Posters will be available for viewing from Monday through Wednesday afternoon, to provide additional opportunities for discussion in addition to the schedule session devoted to the posters on Wednesday afternoon.

Poster must be removed on Wednesday, July 9, between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

 

Poster Authors Attend Posters: Authors are expected to be available at their posters on a schedule (to be announced soon), which is intended to allow the authors opportunity to view other posters at the session. If multiple authors are present at the session, we encourage a continuous presence at the poster.

 
Poster Removal: Posters must be removed by Wednesday, July 9, 10:00 p.m.
