The 25th Los Alamos Dynamics Summer School
The next summer school will be held June 3 - August 9, 2024.
How to Apply
The application process for 2024 has closed. Please check back next fall to apply for 2025
As part of the application process you will need to submit the following:
- Resume/CV (maximum 3 pages)
- 1-page cover letter describing your interest in this summer school and multi-disciplinary dynamic systems research as well as your near term (1-3 year) academic and professional goals
- Complete Transcripts (Unofficial is fine. Please black out any personal identifying information such as address, SSN, DOB, etc.)
- One letter of recommendation - will be requested and submitted through the application system
- OPTIONAL – Demographic self-identification information through the application system
Important Dates
Early acceptance deadline: November 27, 2023
Final application deadline: January 10, 2024
Acceptance notifications sent: on a rolling basis.

Note: The Los Alamos Dynamics Summer School can accommodate a late start for students attending schools on the quarter system who will not be available by the school start date. We’ll work with you to determine a start date.
