    Kinetic Theory

Kinetic theory attempts to describe and predict the macroscopic properties of gases and liquids in terms of the microscopic interactions and motions of their constituent molecules. The derivation of a kinetic equation for strongly coupled Coulomb systems has so far eluded us.
