A free, family event at the Bradbury.

Misty Carty, author of Where Did The Sun Go, Where Is The Moon, and Why Are There Seasons, will give a short talk with hands-on activities at the Bradbury Science Museum followed by a book signing. Misty will have all three books on hand.

Misty is a photographer with a Ph.D. in astronomy and has taught at Marymount and McKendree universities.

According to her website,
She hopes to inspire children of all ages to explore the world around them and become scientists themselves!

The event is free and open to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis. Come on over and bring the kids!

Profits from the book sales will benefit the Bradbury Science Museum Association (BSMA) and regional science-education support.
