Aug. 21 - Sept. 21: Women’s Votes, Voters’ Voices
Pay a visit to the Step Up Gallery at Mesa Public Library for this exhibit from the League of Women Voters to mark the 100th anniversary of the 19th amendment, which guaranteed women the right to vote. The exhibit is delayed from last year because of the closure of the pandemic closures.

Sept. 9: History of the Wildlife at White Sands Missile Range
The Bradbury Science Museum Association presents its latest Night with a Nerd event, as Jim Eckles outlines the history of the wildlife at White Sands Missile Range.

Sept. 12 - Taos Blood drive
Head to Cottam’s Ski Shop in Taos to help the community by donating blood with Vitalant (previously United Blood Services of New Mexico).

Sept. 15-18 - Rodeo de Santa Fe
Gather the family and head to the Rodeo de Santa Fe for everything from PRCA-sanctioned bull riding, barrel racing and team roping, to Rodeo Royalty and kids’ mutton bustin’.

Sept. 20 - The Periodic Table: Engineering for space
Laboratory researcher Benigno Sandoval will be at Bathtub Row Brewing Co-op in Los Alamos to answer your questions about the fascinating process of creating custom instruments to use in space – for national security, exploring Mars and beyond.

Sept. 22 - Power to Pivot
This virtual Women in Business Forum from Santa Fe SCORE looks at how to change your business model successfully and how to access funding to support a business pivot.

Sept. 23: Helping board members become fundraisers
This virtual New Mexico Planned Giving Roundtable event from the Santa Fe Community Foundation focuses on enlisting board members who are equipped to support the organization with fundraising that goes beyond individual member’s annual giving commitment.
