September and October are shaping up to be busy months at the Bradbury. In addition to Nicholas Lewis’ Periodic Table talk (Sept. 9) and the opening of the new weapons exhibit (Sept. 30), here are some other dates for your diary:

Sept. 22: Challenge Tomorrow STEM education trailers at Los Luceros Harvest Festival 
Come for the hands-on science activities (courtesy of the Laboratory volunteers staffing the Challenge Tomorrow trailers), stay for the apple-picking, music and food at the Los Luceros historic site north of Española in Alcalde. More details here.

Oct. 21-25: Nuclear Science Week
Stay tuned for programming at the museum as part of this annual international celebration of all things nuclear science.

Oct. 25: High-Tech Halloween
We’ll be sharing some spooky science as part of this year’s Trick-or-Treat on Mainstreet in Los Alamos.
