HPC makes national security possible

Los Alamos National Laboratory conducts research in a wide variety of areas. From stockpile stewardship science, to deflecting asteroids, to designing new materials for nuclear reactors, Los Alamos uses its world-class high-performance computing capabilities to find solutions to some of the world's most complex problems.
In this new video, Laboratory leadership and researchers discuss how Los Alamos is uniquely suited to solve some of the world’s most complex problems by using HPC.
