On behalf of the International Executive Committee of the FEL Conference series, we are pleased to announce the 38th International Free Electron Laser Conference (FEL2017), to be held at the Santa Fe Community Convention Center (SFCCC) in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA from August 20th to August 25th, 2017.
FEL 2017 will focus on recent advances in free electron laser theory, experiments, electron beam, photon beam and undulator technologies, and some applications of free electron lasers. We look forward to welcoming you to beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA.
We expect about 200-300 attendees from FEL facilities around the world, including the Linac Coherent Light Source in the US, the SACLA XFEL in Japan, the FERMI FEL in Italy, the Pohang Accelerator Laboratory XFEL in Korea, the SwissFEL in Switzerland, the FLASH and European XFEL in Germany, the Dalian VUV FEL and the Shanghai XFEL in China. A number of these FEL facilities will report first lasing results at FEL2017.
The conference will include an optional tour of LANSCE accelerator facilities and the Bradbury Science Museum.
