Areas of emphasis at this meeting included:

Genome Sequencing:

  • New sequencing technologies (454, illumina, SOLiD, Ion Torrent, MiSeq, PacBio, etc.)
  • Draft sequencing strategies (prokaryotes, eukaryotes, metagenomics, single cell, etc.)
