The API ERG fosters an inclusive space for the diverse needs of the Asian and Pacific Islander (API) population at LANL and raises awareness of API culture and issues.

Our Why
The Asian Pacific Islander (API) employee resource group began in 2019 through Lab director Thom Mason's initiative to create a more inclusive workplace. The group provides an opportunity to advocate for the needs of the API community, to connect, and to create a more equitable workplace.
What we do

Goals
Our mission is to be a resource for individuals of Asian and Pacific Islander (API) backgrounds and create advocacy within the Lab. We strive to be an inclusive place for API Lab employees to come and celebrate achievements within the community.
