The American Indian Employee Resource Group (AIERG), is an inclusive employee community, where employees can find other indigenous people within LANL. We provide outreach, recruiting and educational opportunities. In addition, we strive to make an internal and external impacts that elevates and celebrates our diverse culture.
Our Why
The American Indian Employee Resource Group provides information, assistance, and advice on Native American diversity issues to Laboratory employees, Office of Diversity and Strategic Staffing (ODSS), the Communications and External Affairs (CEA), and the Laboratory Director's Office.
What we do
We provide a forum to promote communication & community among employees who have interest in American Indian issues, and conduct outreach to the greater community. Our group strives to participate in volunteer activities and LANL recruiting & educational program visits.
