(Posted 1/3/23) I have one 3000 square foot home with multiple bedrooms (eight in total), and multiple bathrooms (five in total), and washer and dryer. I do have a housekeeper (aka cleaning lady/maid) that is covered in rental cost, she works every Saturday; and she cleans the common area; and individual rooms at tenants request. We respect privacy here, and will not enter a room without proper permission, or if there’s an emergency. The high speed internet (250 Mbps), and utilities are ALL covered in rental payment; no additional fees will be request or charged (other than damage and cleaning refundable deposit $800). My home is one mile from the main tech area (perfect for students, postdocs and visitors) here at LANL (TA-3), and about two miles from the grocery store (my home has plenty of cabinet space for breads, spices etc.). There is a restaurant located about 30 seconds walk from my home as well. Also, the ski hill is five minutes away by car and there are plenty of hiking and biking trails minutes away by foot. The bus stop is right outside my home (literally), starts at 6:00 am and runs until 7:00 pm, Monday thru Friday, minus US Holidays and weekends. All rooms are furnished (bed sizes vary) with mini fridge, desk, computer chair and end tables; some rooms have additional closet space than others. Pots & pans, lines, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, washing detergent and fabric softener are all available for use at no extra charge. Feel free to bring your personal desired brands. Also, I do own two friendly Siberian Huskies; one is 11 years and the other is 1 years old. They are quiet and gentle, and other tenants have had no issues with them whatsoever. One room has a personal bathroom which I charge $995 a month; and all other rooms run $895. Rooms available now; both long and short terms rental/leases available.
