Oracle Self-Service Instructions for Active Employees

On January 1, 2010, Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBS of NM) will become the Laboratory’s medical insurance carrier, replacing United Healthcare and Anthem Blue Cross. Every LANS employee and retiree must make an active election for BCBS of NM during Open Enrollment for medical coverage to continue into 2010. Your current medical elections will not carry through to 2010, and there is no default coverage – YOU MUST TAKE ACTION TO REMAIN IN MEDICAL COVERAGE!

Enrolling through Oracle Self-Service

Employees with a CRYPTOCard and administrative-level access must enroll using Oracle Self-Service. Employees who do not have a CRYPTOCard with administrative access, will be contacted by the Benefits Office and receive a hardcopy form to enroll.
