In partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Mexico, the LANL Benefit Design and Administration Group is pleased to announce that Mariette "Syd" Peavy, an on-site claims advocate from Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Mexico, will be available in the Benefits Office (Otowi Building, 2nd Floor) to assist you with claims or medical benefit coverage issues.
During the 2010 Open Enrollment Session Syd will be available on-site (in the Benefits Office) to assist employees with any questions they may have. Syd will be available on-site Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm. Beginning January 2010 Syd will be avalible onsite Wednesday and Thursday each week.

Starting January 2010, Syd will be on-site twice a week, on Wednesday and Thursday, from 8am-5pm to assist customers with any medical claims or coverage issues. Syd will not be on-site during the month of December; however, she will still be avalible by phone or email.
Please note: while Syd is available to assist employees with their questions, in order to concentrate on this role we ask that her contact information not be shared with your physician, other health care providers, or facilities. Doctors and facilities have their own contacts within Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Mexico to assist with their needs and questions.
