Pre-employment Testing

All Laboratory workers must complete a pre-employment drug test no more than 60 days before obtaining a standard, non-visitor LANL badge.

Exemptions to pre-employment drug testing include:

• Official visitors
• "Transient Affiliates" (guest scientists, guest faculty, collaborators, consultants) - these guests typically do not come on site or are on site for a limited duration and are not involved in safety or security sensitive work
