More information is available at the Tuff Riders web site. Ultimate FrisbeeThe Los Alamos Ultimate Frisbee Club exists to provide the opportunity for playing Ultimate Frisbee. While there is a small core of players who live in Los Alamos year round the ultimate scene benefits greatly from the annual influx of summer students. Pajarito Mountain Ski AreaPajarito Mountain is situated on the east slopes of the Jemez Mountains above Los Alamos, NM, just a 2 hour drive from Albuquerque and 45 minutes from Santa Fe. It has 40 trails on 300 skiable acres, 1200 ft vertical, 5 chair lifts and one surface lift. Open to the public - anyone can buy tickets or season passes - and with miles of groomed, great bumps, tree skiing, a brand new terrain park for this year, and no crowds and minimal lift lines, it is New Mexico's best kept skiing secret.
