Full conference registration includes admittance to all technical sessions, a CD and printed copy of the extended abstract book, one (1) ticket to the Opening Reception, one (1) ticket to the Banquet, and daily refreshment breaks. One day registrations are available.

CANCELLATIONS

Registration cancellations must be made in writing prior to August 27th in order to receive a refund minus a $75 processing fee.
