Reserve your room early. Reservations must be made by August 18, 2010. Reservations received after the deadline date will be subject to availability and will be charged at the hotel's prevailing room rate.

Please note: Each additional person occupying the same unit over the standard occupancy will be charged $20.00 per night.

A deposit in the form of a credit card equal to one night's lodging is due together with the reservation form to guarantee the room.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Your deposit guarantees your room. Please telephone changes to the reservation department at 800-258-0437. Failure to cancel your reservation within 15 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of first night deposit. Cancellations outside of 15 days of arrival will result in the return of deposit less a $30.00 processing fee.
