Room in a townhouse(1600 sq ft , 4 story 3 BR ,2 and a half bath). Address: 20 short drive. Los Alamos,NM -87544.

Description: Room with shared bathroom .Kitchen and living room are shared . Everything in the Kitchen can be used by the renter. Washer and dryer are in the house and personal parking is available.

Rent is 500$(Cable TV and Cable internet connection with wireless access included  and it is furnished) + 1/3rd  of the utilities per month (about 45$). Its about a mile(10-15 mins walk) from the lab, quite and beautiful neighborhood, and is also on the shuttle route if someone does not prefer to walk. Deposit is 500$ but it is negotiable. Room will have a bed and a study table and chair with a big closet. I don't have pets and would not want a renter with pets.Males prefered.
