B.J. received his Ph.D. in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2005, and his M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UIUC in 2002.
He received his B. Tech. in 2000 in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology at Madras.
B.J.'s research interests lie in shock-induced instabilities (Richtmyer-Meshkov), wall turbulence, transpired channel flows, solid rocket engines and detonators, aerodynamics of unmanned aerial vehicles, and embedded systems applications for fluid mechanics. |
