Funding

To date CSES received a total of 22 EI-R&D proposals, which makes this CSES program element 270% over-subscribed.

These proposals fall into the CSES selection criteria in the following way:

Fund now 7
Defer 9
Do not fund 6

Proposals in the "Defer" category will be held at CSES for a possible second round of selections as budgets allow.

Second round FY17 Emerging Ideas R&D selections are anticipated beginning of April, 2017.
