The proceedings for the SCCS conference will be published in Journal of Physics A: Mathematical and General (JPA). The guest editors for the special issue are:

The manuscripts are due to the publisher by October 14, and should be submitted in accordance with the general rules of the journal. Details of the submission procedure can be found at: http://www.iop.org/journals/jphysa

The manuscript should be submitted electronically and include the line "SCCS special issue" in the submission. The page limits are:

10 plenary talks
8 topical talks
6 posters

Note that the referee standards of JPA, the page limits, and the submission
deadline will be closely adhered to.
