Prime Contract Management, PCM
The Prime Contract Management (PCM) Office is the institutional point
of contact for oversight on all matters relating to the requirements included
in the Prime Contract.
PCM also works with organizations to:
- Provide interface and negotiate with the Los Alamos Site Office
on behalf on the Laboratory regarding proposed modifications to the Prime
Contract
- Ensure outstanding performance as LANL meets it requirements
- Provide assistance regarding interpretation of contractual provisions
- Interpret and coordinate performance direction
- Assist with the development and coordination of Memorandums of Understanding
(MOU) and Institutional Agreements (IA)
- Promote supportive relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Provide Prime Contract educational briefings
