The online Laboratory phone directory is not being kept up-to-date for contractors. I would wager that at least half the people working for KSL Services have inaccurate information posted on the Lab directory. Too many times it is almost impossible to reach someone and several calls have to be made before a person can be contacted. Typical responses include he moved more than two years ago, she never worked here, we've never heard of him. Sometimes no information at all is posted. This is not an efficient use of assets. I don't believe it is the fault of the individuals, but rather it is the lack of an efficient system that is to blame.

Can the Laboratory perform an audit to ensure contact information is brought up-to-date? Once this is accomplished some type of administrative system could be set up to ensure all moves are recorded.
