Response to Benefits Advisory Panel

Thank you for your letter regarding the Department of Energy's Benefits Advisory Panel. On Jan. 7, the National Nuclear Security Administration issued a release extending the Laboratory comment period on the draft request for proposal by two weeks to Jan. 21, and also announced that they were establishing a Benefits Advisory Panel to advise the Source Evaluation Board on pension and benefit matters.
