Feces in buildings

Cyber Security gave a training class on Dec. 16 in the Physics Building Auditorium. The Information Management technician cautioned us that a chair sitting against the wall on the podium was protecting what appeared to be a pile of canine feces. People from facilities were called to dispose of it. I also have heard of what appeared to be canine feces being found in the LDCC, in the hall way. Are the drug dogs not house-trained? Are they allowed to run free? Is something else creating these, uh, deposits?
