More on Aspen Medical Care

In response to Ellen Fox's letter in the Reader's Forum dated Nov. 1, first of all, they are charging $50 not for records transfer but for records of which they consider important. Second, when I offered to make copies myself they refused to give [my records] to me. I think it is illegal.

Clearly the Laboratory has nothing to do with this but you may choose to help.
