United Healthcare - the big picture

I'd like to give another view of the coverage that United Healthcare has provided our family. On Jan. 3, 2004 my husband was in a critical car accident in Utah and subsequently hospitalized in Colorado for more than five months.

Uniformly throughout stays in four different hospitals we have found United Healthcare to be caring, responsive and always trying to provide the very best medical solutions during an extremely stressful time. By working with United Healthcare we were able to have almost all medical care provided in-network. Unlike many, many people that we met in the hospitals, we are not looking at a future saddled with tens-of-thousands of dollars of medical bills.

Through this accident we have experienced all that United Healthcare provides for a catastrophic accident and have found the coverage much more than we ever expected. For us, this is truly the test of what good health care should provide.
