Aspen Medical Care

One of the United Healthcare providers located in Los Alamos is changing or shutting down at the end of October. I have been told that in order to obtain your medical records, you will have to pay a fee of $50. Why is there a charge? Why hasn't Aspen Medical Care contacted its patients regarding the change? Where are the doctors locating to?
