More on park-and-ride shelter

Can someone provide park-and-ride users an update on plans, if any, for erecting a new bus shelter at the Technical Area 3 parking lot? The former shelter was taken down months ago because, being ungrounded, it was deemed a safety hazard. Construction barrels and yellow tape replaced the shelter and have been there for months, providing some hope that construction of a replacement is imminent. The suspension of operations understandably delayed whatever process there might have been for reconstructing a safer shelter. However, I'm starting to have doubts something would be erected by the time colder, snowy weather approaches. Are we waiting for Godot? If there are no plans to erect a shelter, please let us know.
