Response to UHC and therapy sessions

There are no plan design changes for 2005 with any of the Laboratory's health-care plans. The number of physical therapy sessions will remain at 20 per calendar year. If you are having problems with your claims or have questions regarding the appeals process, please contact the Lab's health-care facilitator at 5-2062.
