UHC and therapy sessions

Are there going to be any changes for the better to United Healthcare. Such as a better appeal process, more physical therapy sessions? In most cases 20 physical therapy sessions or less will work. As we grow older it takes longer for our bodies to heal and 20 sessions are not enough. Trying to get more through the appeal process is like going into battle, you come out scarred and did not get what you needed. This happens even if you have someone from the Human Resources (HR) Division on your side helping you fight the battle.
