State recognizes Española's economic development efforts

Part of Laboratory community outreach initiative

State Economic Development Department Secretary Rick Homans, right, talks with Española Mayor Richard Lucero and Olivia Martinez of the Laboratory's Community Relations Office (CRO), at a recent ceremony in the Mision Convento in Española.
