Open enrollment 2005 has begun for UC Laboratory employees

University of California Laboratory personnel can make changes to their health benefits for the 2005 calendar year during open enrollment now underway.

Open enrollment continues through Nov. 30, and any changes UC Lab employees and retirees make to their benefits plan will be effective in January 2005. University of California Laboratory employees should have received open enrollment 2005 information at their homes last month.

United Healthcare and Benefits and Employment Services (HR-B) are holding a number of meetings this week for active employees and retirees. To read a scheduled of the planned meetings, see the Oct. 20 Daily Newsbulletin.

For more information, go to http://int.lanl.gov/worklife/benefits online, call HR-B at 7-1806 or write to benefits@lanl.gov by electronic mail. Or see the all employee memo from Richard Marquez, associate director for administration (ADA).
