Performance, salary management process now underway

University of California Laboratory employees should be working through the fiscal year 2005 performance and salary management process, according to a master management memo.

Though the Laboratory has been in a suspension of operations to review safety, security and compliance with all policies and procedures, the performance and salary management process was deemed an essential task, said Richard Marquez, associate director for administration (ADA).

A master management memo highlights differences in this year's process from previous years, and also has contact and other helpful information for employees and managers.
