Director's Instruction issued on construction project work

This Director's Instruction rescinds number 04-012. The requirements in this instruction are identical to those in Director's Instruction 04-012 except:

• RDL may use a delegate for the contractor's meeting (Attachment 3).
• RDL must get the Los Alamos Site Office Manager's concurrence after director's approval (Attachment 4 and Section 4.0, item 2c).
