Site-wide welding operations

This notice supersedes notice 0144 from June 8, and allows an additional 90 days for the qualification of all welders at the Laboratory, with the following exception: for welding on the structures, systems and components described in the first paragraph of the requirements section of this document. Those welders must now be certified and this extension does not apply to them. The other requirements stated in prior notices regarding welding have not changed and must be implemented.
