Cooperative PCB Study Group releases findings from regional study
The Cooperative PCB Study Group, comprised of the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) Surface Water Quality and DOE Oversight bureaus, Los Alamos County, the US Department of Energy, and Los Alamos National Laboratory today released data accumulated as part of their study conducted to evaluate the levels of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in water, sediments and fish in the Rio Grande (Pilar to Isleta Pueblo) and Chama River watersheds.
