State environment chief Curry visits LaboratoryNew Mexico Environment Department Secretary Ron Curry, right, shares a laugh with Beverly Ramsey, Risk Reduction and Environmental Stewardship (RRES) Division leader at a meeting Tuesday in the Director's Conference Room of the Administration Building at Technical Area 3. Curry and several NMED staffers were at Los Alamos Tuesday to discuss state Environment Department issues with senior Lab managers. Curry had lunch with Laboratory Director G. Peter Nanos and later traveled to the Nicholas Metropolis Center for Modeling and Simulation where he donned three-D glasses (inset photo) to watch a computer modeling and simulation program at the Powerwall Theater.
