New usage guidelines issued for Administration Building Auditorium

The Administration Building Auditorium at Technical Area 3 will now be used exclusively for classified colloquia and meetings or for large, unclassified meetings. The change is being made to meet a Department of Energy security requirement.

The auditorium will no longer be used for open or public access meetings in which the security perimeter is "rolled back," except in extraordinary circumstances and with the approval of Laboratory Director G. Peter Nanos. An all-employee memo announcing the change was issued Wednesday.
