State homeland security chief visits Laboratory

Fred Bolton of Hazardous Materials Response (S-10) talks with Brigadier General Annette Sobel, director of the New Mexico Office of Homeland Security on Wednesday during a visit to the Laboratory's hazardous materials decontamination research and training facility at Technical Area 52. Bolton discussed training procedures and other issues with Sobel, who also traveled to the Lab's Center for Homeland Security at TA-66 to receive briefings on Lab chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threat reduction programs at the Lab.
